HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

By Barbara Hunt

2 lb frozen shredded hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
1 tsp salt
2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Use SHREDDED hash browns, and keep hash browns frozen. If you allow potatoes to thaw, the casserole will be mushy.

Mix all ingredients together and press into 9 x 13 baking dish. (It's hard to mix, so you might need to use your hands to mix.)

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
